GUIZHOU

Guizhou is a large region in south-western China situated within the most extensive karstic area of the planet. It is a land-bound province with a surface area of almost 170,000 Km3 , 84% of which is mountainous terrain.
Guiyang is the capital of the Guizhou region which is sub-divided into 11 administrative cities and prefectures.
Apart from being areas of great scientific interest, the unique natural landscape, the culture and rich ethnic traditions found there all make this a fascinating land.
